Commercial Cast Stone Experts
DeVinci Precast first began in the back shop of Advanced Masonry, resulting from the need to complete several projects begun with another supplier. On these first few projects DeVinci discovered using the “wet-cast” method in conjunction with rebar increased the strength of the stone and made it easier to install. It was decided at this very beginning to not offer the lesser quality “dry-cast” stone and only use the “mason-friendly” wet method.
When it was time to separate from Advanced Masonry, DeVinci first formed as Structural Stone, LLC. This name was the result of our ability to span window openings without steel lintels and create much larger pieces that could be cast with our “wet-cast” stone. After a few years of trying to explain the name, we simply changed it to DeVinci Cast Stone, a very marketable name for the new items we were then producing such as the full-line of cast stone fireplace mantels that are now produced and shipped nationwide.
DeVinci Precast provides DeVinci’s commercial line architectural stone, precast, and glass-fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) a branding separation from its consumer line of custom fireplace surrounds and do-it-yourself fireplace surrounds.
As a certified Architectural Precast Association (APA) plant, DeVinci complies with APA’s strict quality and performance guidelines.

Eric Sutliff
General Manager
Eric began his construction career in 1989 as a residential cabinet builder. His early exposure to building things impassioned him to continue his career in engineering, construction, and manufacturing. Eric joined the Devinci team in 2016 bringing now 33 years of experience designing and building products, structures, and teams to DeVinci. He currently serves as the General Manager and feels fortunate to lead the outstanding DeVinci team. With a strong background in construction and business management, Eric is also involved in business development, overall direction, and growth of the company. He is enthusiastic about continuing to gain knowledge and skills sharing them with team members whenever there is an opportunity to help others advance on their career path. His commitment to the DeVinci team and clients makes him a vital component to DeVinci’s continued success. Eric enjoys reading, travel and spending time with his daughter when he is not with his DeVinci family.
Juan Carlos Motolinia
Molding Supervisor
Juan Carlos began his working career at Devinci in 2003 in an entry level position grouting and finishing precast product. Fascinated by the process used to produce the material worked on daily Juan Carlos set out to advance his career through continued learning and old-fashioned hard work and diligence. Over the many years of his tenure, he has worked in or supervised every department associated with the manufacture of DeVinci’s multiple products. Juan Carlos currently serves as the Molding Supervisor, responsible for overseeing all molding activities, as well as being accredited with APA and ACI certifications for quality and testing and actively supporting DeVinci with those qualifications. Juan Carlos continues to work on career goals at DeVinci always willing to learn new roles while supporting his department as a mentor and teacher. Outside of work his focus is being an example and role model, through his actions, for his young son.
Johnny WISNIEWSKI
Shop Manager
Johnny began working in construction in 1988. He joined the DeVinci team in 2007 taking a lead role in the casting department. Johnny brought his knowledge and experience with concrete to the company acting in a key role developing DeVinci’s GFRC product line. He is known by everyone for his commitment to the company and its customers, always working tirelessly side by side with his team to meet critical deadlines. Johnny continually demonstrates expertise, leadership, and professionalism earning him respect and loyalty from staff and clients and all that cross his path. With a powerful sense of family, he spends most of his time away from work teaching and supporting his children and many grandchildren.
